 - The Original.  Can't beat it... not even Jackson Browne (who wrote the song) could come close.

The Dirty Projectors - Two Doves (2009: Bitte Orca)
 - If you've already heard this give it another listen and focus on the acoustic guitar production and the string arrangement... amazing.

Wilco - Either Way (2007: Sky Blue Sky)
 - A lot of people feel that Wilco's music has been going downhill with their last couple of records... and I would agree... but they still manage to pop out one or two great songs here and there.
